Imi plac la nebunie cartofii prajiti, insa stiu cat de nesanatosi sunt, asa ca am gasit o varianta la fel de gustoasa. Sper sa o incercati si sa va placa :)
I love french fries but I know how unhealthy they are so I found another way to make them. They are delicious. Hope you try and enjoy :)
Ingrediente / Ingredients:
- cartofi / potatoes;
- ulei de masline / olive oil;
- boia dulce / sweet paprika;
- boia iute / hot paprika;
- usturoi granulat / garlic powder;
- sare / salt.
Cartofii se curata de coaja, se spala si se taie in mici wedges. Se pun la fiert timp de 10 minute.
Apoi se iau de pe foc, se strecoara si se adauga intr-un castron impreuna cu 1 lingura ulei de masine, 1 lingurita boia dulce; 1/2 lingurita boia iute, 1 lingurita usturoi granulat, 1 lingurita sare. Se amesteca bine si apoi se aseaza pe o tava acoperita cu folie de aluminiu.
Se lasa la cuptor timp de 15 minute pe fiecare parte. Eu i-am servit cu mozzarella rasa deasupra.
You must peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small wedges Then boil them for 10 minutes.
Reove them from the boiling water, add them to a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tsp of sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp hot paprika; 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp salt. Mix well and then place them on a bakin sheet covered with aluminum foil.
Bake them for 15 minutes on each side. I served with grated mozzarella.
